Training and development

1.Training
1 Induction training: guide new staff to master a good knowledge of position, working skill, method and process. Fit in company and team work as soon as possible.
2 On-the-job training: improve staff’s working knowledge, skill to creat a better performance, professional skill and career development.

2.Traing methods
1 Special courses: Company internal courses, external special training and courses supported by educational agents.
2 On-the-job mentoring: train through making working plan, distributing jobs, measuring performance and solving problem in daily work.

3.Developing ways
We offer two developing ways for staff.
1 Professional way: In a or relative field, develop deeply, pursue for skill improvement, become an expert.
2 Position way: Through coordinating, organize team and team membersto work, reach to teams’ working purpose, achieve performance and upgrade the position.

Salary and Awards
